Mirror... [Sept. 22]

I think that everybody ask themselves that if the person that they see in the mirror is really who they are; at least, I did it. When I was like 10 years old, I passed so much time seeing my reflection in the mirror, asking myself “she’s really me?” I saw she grow, I saw she change, I saw she cry, I saw she smile, I saw she scream, I saw everything of her but, sometimes, I still asking myself if she’s really me. I know she’s just a ‘case’, the real me is inside of that case.

I heard that the human wanna know everything about his body, because is the only thing that you have since you born until you die; and it’s true. We pass, at least, 8 hours (of each 12) thinking about our appearance, specially the girls. For example, you wake up in the morning and what’s the first thing that we do? Go to the bathroom and see yourself in the mirror, then you say something like “Oh my God! Look my hair, is a disaster!” Or for the people that doesn’t have hair “Oh my God! I look like a zombie!” After that, you wash your face, your teeth; you brush your hair, etc. So when we see ourselves in the mirror again, you smile and think “Ok, so much better” and you look for the clothes that you gonna use. Once you look at the mirror and think you look good, you can go to your school, work, office or work interview.

I also think that some people have to stop of thinking about themselves every time, because they’re forgetting to see that other people, even their family and friends, which need their help. In my case, I’m completely different. I prefer to help everybody than think about me, and some people said me that that’s not good, but I don’t care about it. I passed all my life being like that and I don’t think that I gonna change that now. That’s just my opinion, nothing less nothing more.

About me/My personality [August 18]

I'm Elgy, a teenager that loves to write. I'm 16 years old, but some people tell me that I’m very mature for my age, which I love. I have my own point of view for everything and because of that, my friends call me crazy.

I got my own way of doing things and I love to be original, because that makes me unique. I love to write, something that some people found boring but it’s very entertaining to me. I even think that writting is better than watching tv. I like to read, but interesting things that catch my attention. I don’t like so much to watch tv, I just watch series like Bones or CSI. I’m a music addict; I love all type of music, but especially rock. Some of my favorites are Paramore, Evanescense, Camila and Reik.

I'm usually shy, but once I know you, I can be a great friend. One thing that characterizes me is my “famous” blush. I blush up for everything, wich has becomed my friend's hobby. They make me jokes all the day, just to see me blushed.

About love, I have few to say, I have little experience. It's not something I care too much about, because it's not something I depend on, but it doesn't mean that it's not important for me. In fact, I'm in love.

Some of my plans for the future are finishing school, go to the university and write a book. I even don’t know exactly what I gonna study, but possibly is gonna be Business Administration or publicity. While I do my studys, I want to make a trip I always wished to make. Go to Australia.

I’m very close to my sister and my father. I think I have a good relation with my mother, but honestly I’m a Daddy’s Girl. My minor sister name is Jarielys. We’re very close. We look more like friends than like sister, because we’re totally different. Typically, the first time that someone see us, no one believes that we're sisters, and I don’t blame them, I would not believe it either.

I see myself like a unique, talented and special girl. I don’t like to express my feeling by talking; I prefer to express them in an “artistic” way. I got a strong character and I'm a little stubborn. In the end, I like the way I am.
